Creating an improved rewards program experience.
Citibank’s Private Pass rewards program struck a deal with LiveNation, allowing members access to perks and privileges at a variety of concerts and events. We worked with Citibank to consult on digital strategy and design direction for the website and mobile application for Private Pass, creating a dynamic interface that enabled users to easily and intuitively find their perfect reward experience.
