Inspiring an energetic company culture for a global business leader.
Professional services firm KPMG created an initiative to improve employee performance and enrich organizational culture. They wanted to frame these efforts around the idea of “High Performance Culture”, and asked us to further articulate the concept, as well as to create an integrated campaign that would foster this method of thinking within the company.
The introduction of the High-Performance Culture campaign to the company as a whole came in the form of a web-based training module that all 144,000 global employees would be required to complete. In collaboration with the KPMG team, we designed a proprietary web platform, creating the multimedia interface and producing all photography and video content.
